1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PrimeMarket ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of Service

PrimeMarket provides a marketplace platform for buying and selling vehicles and properties in Sri Lanka. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating listings
• Not post fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content
• Not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Respect other users and communicate professionally
• Not attempt to circumvent our security measures

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Listings and Content

When you create a listing on PrimeMarket:

• You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on the Platform
• You represent that you have the right to sell or rent the listed item/property
• You agree that all listings are subject to moderation and approval
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Transactions

PrimeMarket facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. All transactions are between users. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to complete sales.

7. Fees and Payments

Currently, PrimeMarket offers free listing services. We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain services in the future with advance notice to users.

8. Intellectual Property

The PrimeMarket Platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by PrimeMarket and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

PrimeMarket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
